Was it even close?

Not close. Paul was close to getting a first round finish. In my eyes Diaz won 1 round, maybe 2. Big difference in power. Boxer/MMA difference showed up. Paul punched harder with snap. Diaz got in a few good shots but Paul never looked like he was going to hit the canvas.

Diaz should take care of business in the octagon. Paul's only chance would be a first round KO.

I'd agree, could set records. Diaz has huge MMA following that would love to see Jake choked out. Paul's a great marketer.

that would be one big mistake that jake could make to kind of ruin his credibility...he should shelve that until after his "pro" boxing career is over. maybe nate will have softened up a bit by then.

yah, i thought it was a closer fight than that. I was thinking "DRAW" after watching the entire fight. Draw to let Jake know he didn't really do enough. Diaz was bringing the fight to him the whole time.
