IM ALSO GOING TO ML ILLINOIS AS I SHOULD GET A VERY GOOD PRICE HERE AGAINST WHO I THINK WILL BE AN OVERRATED PUBLIC TEAM IN MIZZOU ATS EARLY IN THE SEASON.

ALOT OF PEOPLE LIKING MIZZOU TO WIN BIG 12 NORTH WITH GOOD REASON AS THEIR OFFENSE SHOULD BE VERY GOOD BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH JUST 5 RETURNERS ON DEFENSE. I ACTUALLY RATE ILLINI BETTER ON DEFENSE AND I FEEL THEIR OFFENSE CAN MATCH MIZZOU PT FOR PT WITH A CHANCE TO WIN THIS GAME OUTRIGHT.

PEOPLE SEE ILLINOIS AS A 2-10 TEAM LAST YEAR BUT YOU BETTER READ BETWEEN THE LINES FROM LAST SEASON AS THEY HAD A CHANCE TO KNOCK OFF SOME VERY GOOD TEAMS.

LIKE I SAID I'LL HAVE A SMALL ML PLAY BUT IMO ILLINOIS +PTS IN THIS GAME SHOULD BE MONEY. IM THINKING ILLINI WILL BE GETTING 7+ IN THIS GAME.

WELCOME ANY COMMENTS OR OTHER GAMES SEPT 1ST SOMEONE THINKS A DOG WILL BE GETTING TOO MANY POINTS.

I think the books will hang BYU -3

I certainly lean towards Ill if it is anything -2 or under

Then see what happens the first half and then if it loses just say it was a 2nd half play because they always come out strong. If it loses second half, just say it was a typo and then find out if it would work with any other ncaa team that day

honestly cant see oddsmakers making illini the fav here especially since expectations are for mizzou to contend for big 12 north title.

Personally, I think Illinois is the overrated public team. All we've heard about all off season here in Big 10 country is how great the recruiting class was. Juice Williams is profiled in all of the magazines. I don't trust Zook's coaching and can't play on him in a relatively even game. Having said that - I don't want money against Juice Williams either especially in his first game of the year. We have no idea how much better he may have gotten with another year of spring ball etc.

Obviously, if there's some strange number I might get interested. However, it would seem like a no play for me.

I am still not sold on zook as a head coach...the guy is a good recruiter tho. The Illini might be a year away from making some real noise.

exactly how I see it ... if any team in Big 12 is underrated it's Missouri. Could easily win their division and be playing in B12 Championship Game.

agreed about playing for and against juice...i think juice and morelli are the biggest x-factors in the conference

funny how everyone is hyping illini and mention how tough they played oh st, wisky and psu and could have won, but fail to mention that they lost by 11 home to purdue and 9 to northwestern to close the season... i feel that they might be getting a little too much public hype too soon imo
