no way the mavs should be favored 7 here against a houston team with plenty of confidence. I know its a crucial game for the mavs and I think they probably win in a very exciting game but 7 is a bit much here and If I do lose it I will tell you how it will happen the mavs will be up 4 with 23 secs and the rockets ball they will throw up a wild 3 and foul dallas hits both to go up by 6 and then again the rockets throw up another wild 3 and no go foul with 7 seconds left where dallas hits both to go up by 8 and the rockets one last time will throw up a 3 and lose by 8. thats the only way in hell I will lose this game but its commonplace for me.

i agree alan. i got dallas as a legit 2.5 to 4 pt fav here.houston+7 is my play. indy/boston baffles me a bit.the lines too low which tells me the oddsmakers know something about this game we dont.

Hahah... i just don't understand why they do that Alan. Do you remmember in NCAAB when Wisconsin was beat by uhh can't remmember but they were losing by 8 and they were 9 point dogs. So the ball is imbounded and Wisconsin decided to foul with 3 seconds left on the clock maybe less. The opposing team makes the shots and i lose my bet. Might have gotten the teams wrong but you might remmember the situation. They do happen often and it hurts. I think the players have good buddies from college who play a certain side. So at the end when they can make a difference without costing the game they make thier move and it fucks up the whole system. But thats only a thought. Hopefully you take out the broom for tomorrow Alan and sweep the board.

yeah I remember the game cocunut I think it was wisconsin against bucknell although it is many many games like that the hell of it is I am on the wrong side 8 or 10 times. If it would just even out I would be happy but it never does just like memphis I mean we had the wide open 3 and in the nba probably 6 or 7 times out of 10 they hit it but not tonight. My best play, also. 7.5's are still out there, too. I don't understand why.
Even with Yao only playing 21 minutes, Rockets out-played Mavs on their home court. Mutombo has been better than Yao for last three weeks from what I have seen. Best 2nd center in NBAby far.
I think some people always over-value the 'they really need this one' (Mavs)
slant in these situations. Its worth a little but doesn't come near to over-coming the match-up problems Rockets have here.

absolutely alot of the kids have online accounts and know what the spread is! im sure alot come right here.if your a current athlete who bets online reading this and you go "pete rose" on the games you suck.you also are not smart know what im sayin know what i mean? its sometimes,ya know,so obvious,know what im sayin,that a ,you know,meaningless 3 pointer when your down by 7 with 1 second on the clock and the spread is 5 know what i mean. no wonder they leave college early thier not learning anything. know what im sayin?
