Both NY and Cleveland will have a short rest after this game so I don't expect any of these two teams to give 100% tonight. Cleveland will play a day game on Saturday, on the road, and the Giants have a clash with the Jets on Saturday as well. Also, these two teams will meet @ Cleveland in a much more important match in the first half of the season. Eli might play more this week, but stil not enough to score tons of points. Carr and Wright were great last week combining for 220 yards (19/26) and 1 TD but I can't see these two guys repeating that performance. Anderson and Quinn were very good for Cleveland last week, but that was a home game, and this is a nationally televised road contest. If they fail to deliver, who's gonna save the day for Cleveland ? Dorsey ? I don't think so, especially after his 8/26, 2 Int. performance last week. Under 35.5
The under looks way too tempting. If I bet on preseason (which I never do) I'd go over. The Browns starters (minus Edwards) will play into the second quarter. That gives them a chance to put some points up early. I could see 17 points just in the first quarter. The second half will feature a bunch of Cleveland DB's that can't cover to save their mothers life. I'd look for more scoring then expected in the second half. I'd put this game right around the mid 40's range.
