My first Pinnacle Wager

Took the Eagles at -106 giving up 8pts. On a normal 9 pt spread, my money earns +106. Is this consistent with other books?I only bet during playoffs but my recollection is that Canbet did not allow the customer to select a spread. They quoted a line, and I bet approx -106 to win 100. For the same odds, Pinnacle gave me a more attractive line.

Pinnacle often has the best price, just like Walmart. Eagles opened at -10 and -8.5 -110 is now widely available. Check with live lines accessed from the Rx home page.

Sean: You paid higher vig with your bet than Pinny's norm. 9 ( or 8) doesn't hit a lot, but you paid more to get it. Great for you if it lands on 9 ( or 8), THIS TIME, but be aware you paid a price ( small) to get it. Better to seek a free half-point ,IMO, but close call. Good luck.

We have had modified Artic outflow for the last week. Not good for life in shopping carts or cardboard boxes. The bars and restaurants near GM Place are really feeling the pinch.

The upside is that it allows more time for poker.
