I'm still shaking my head. I let him start playing games about 6 weeks ago $20 a play. He won the first 4 out of 5 weeks, and then this. Indy-7,Dallas-3,New England- 6 1/2,Washington +11 1/2,Philly -6 1/2,Minny - 5,Carolina +3,San Diego +3. "he knows I'm riding the Chargers every week ",Houston +2,Jets -3. For the record he has the Pack - 5 1/2

At the rate he is going he can pay for college by the end of the football season.

I wouldn't let him do this, except for he is a good kid pulling down a 3.5 grade average, no trouble, plays sports, and he knows the value of a buck. He does check out those DON BEST lines to get his ideas on what he likes. I've tried to talk him out of a couple of games but he was right. I keep warning him about the inevitable bad week thats coming. His response " I know, but I'm playing with the House money right now"

way to encourage the gambling not sarcastic their is nothing wrong with it would you rather him smoke or do drugs as long as it is under control winning money is great. have him post his plays as well. good to here people are winning.

I'm not saying what you are doing is wrong. I think it is genius. Anything you make forbidden is only going to want to make them do it more. At least this way you can teach him about money managment and make sure he doesn't do anything stupid. Better he gamble with you knowing it then to go out and do it behind your back and then get in trouble.

Seems like you are raising one hell of a kid. 3.5 GPA, athletic and hits over 60% winners!

I was into it by 16 myself,card games,putt putt golf for $20 a game, etc.Thanks for the concern but I feel better about him doing this because he has my supervision and I'm making the plays for him on my sites
