Multi Vitamins?

Do you guys take a multi vitamin or many individual vitamins? I want to buy some multi vit but I dont know the best out there.

There is always Centrum but this seems to be the best advertised and available. There has to be better.

Centrum is fine. oOu just need one with all the basics nothing really more or less.

If your MALE, try to find a multi that contains no IRON.

Excess Iron is a big negative for males...........and you should get more than enough with a regular diet.

I take a Mega Men vit from GNC every once in awhile. But they kinda upset my stomach. Turns your pee a flouresent yellow color though. Pretty cool.

Trader Joes has a great Multi with No Iron. and makes the pee bright and stinky if you like that.

Formula 35- if a multi makes your stomach hurt, try having it right after a meal. i suspect you are having it on an empty stomach. i had that problem too.

guys all i can tell you is from my experience

i work with a group of 8 to 10 guys at of 300 people
who take this multi vitamin, they have been taken it for alittle over a year

not one of these guys has missed a day from work do to sickness

this is the 2nd month i am taking this, we work wierd hours on the job 1030 pm to 6 am made by a great company pfizer


i think it is the best muti out on the market

I take the Trader Joe's version called Trader Darwin Men's Formula. It says 2 tablets are the suggested dosage and it lists the percentages that are all 100%+ for almost all of them. So I only take one tablet a day. I figure I'm not "pissing away" my money while still getting the benefits of a vitamin. I also figure I get the rest of the full-day's requirement of vitamins in the food I eat.

I've only missed 1 day of work in the last 11 years due to sickness.

I have a bottle too that i have been using for at least 3 months now..A friend of mine recommended it, but later he told me about the iron and mentioned he thought he had pulled a groin muscle while in bed or some shit like that and was worried about his prostrate that he said was buzzing or some weird shit like that!!! I havent spoken to him in a while...Perharps i should lay off the centrum until i find out his "buzzing" balls!!!:lolBIG:
