Are you the administrator or just the user of the computer.

There is another folder within the Application Data folder that holds profile info., etc. This should also be deleted. This folder does not always get deleted when you uninstall a software. It is recommemded that you manually delete this folder before reinstalling the software again.

So, uninstall the software again, go into the application data folder and delete the folder. Note: I don't know if your an administrator or a user. The administrator portion of the below will change to the user.

After, reinstall.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla

Good luck..

Applcation Data Folder:

My Computer (Desktop) - Tools - Folder Options - View - Click (Show Hidden Files and Folders)

This will show and give you access to the application folder.

Good luck.

The Pig,

If you follow my last 2 posts. It clearly states how to view the data application folder.

-------------------------------

In reference to administrator or user. Start - Control Panel - User Accounts
(it should show under your username)

Good luck.
