Last year, 2008.. I recall Detroit Lions was losing all their games... So ... that would be how many C bet lost ???? Just wondering... If we need to weave out the Worst team ....

interesting. long term i dont see how this system is profitable but i'd need to do more investigation.

short term it looks like it has done well but you end up with quite a number of "C" games....but maybe some of those teams are out of contention and not worth betting on

After a quick look...it appears Detroit only lost 3 in a row once last season SU and ATS. This was the first 3 weeks of the season. They then had a bye in week 4 followed by a ATS loss in week 5, then an ATS win in week 6.

This would mean you would have won on Detroit in Game "B"

I just went through the AFC and it happened with 6 teams.

Buffalo lost 3 in a row SU and ATS...then won in Game "B"
Cinci lost 3 ina row SU and ATS TWICE....then won in Game "A" both times.
Cleveland lost last 4 games of season SU and ATS but wouldn't qualify since they were out of playoff contention.
Jacksonville lost 3 ina row SU and ATS...then won in Game "B"
Denver lost 3 in a row SU and ATS...then won in Game "A"
Oakland lost 3 in row SU and ATS TWICE....then won in Game "A" both times.

This situation occured more than I thought too.
I may look at the NFC too. The only problem is that you will be betting/chasing BAD teams, that looks like the one negative to me
