Texts by touts are easy. Sportsbooks sell your information. Never ever text back stop, this let's them know it's a valid number and ultimately more will come. Perhaps not right away but they will.

This pop up for Sports Options is a bit annoying but the best way to solve not seeing it, is not to come to the rx.

I was getting texts from the same tout every mon, third, sat, and sun before games. After 2 weeks I was annoyed and text stop. They sent back a confirmation saying I wouldn't get anymore texts. That was over a week ago. No more texts. Maybe mine was a special circumstance.

I haven't gotten any from touts but I have from some other crap sales gimmicks (sunglasses most recently)

I used to ignore them but it took a while before they stopped texting me. I started texting back "please stop texting me, it's costing me money". I haven't gotten a repeat text since then.
