Here comes the first game of three that will be posted. The game is between Northeastern and UTEP. In typical Northeastern fashion they turned down this game to be played at their place and will instead head to play at UTEP. You might wonder why in the heck would anybody do that. The simple answer is money because Northeastern didn't want to pay a hosting fee and they only average about 2,000 fans per home game. However, I got another reason and a theory on Northeastern: Northeastern likes to play in hostile arenas with atmosphere because their own home arena is super-boring. Let's take a look at Northeastern at Home and at Road real quick. Northeastern is 11-6 on the ROAD and 7-5 at Home. Furthermore, let's look at the places Northeastern has won at. They have won at Providence (which Pittsburgh couldn't do) at Indiana (lousy this year, but still impressive road win for mid-major)
at Wright State (Bracketbusters) at Virginia Commonwealth (very impressive) at Old Dominion (another very hostile place) at Wyoming (another tough place) at Drexel (another tough conference road win). This is one of the few teams that I say loves the road more than home. UTEP's home court advantage is good and is around the same level as the teams on the list above. Furthermore, UTEP comes in OFF a SU Dog Win at Nevada and now finds themselves favored by 8. I think Northeastern will try to slow down the game (Northeastern's style) because of UTEP's ability to run. Hopefully, they will play a slow, physical-style, grind-out game and keep hanging around and hanging around.

Here comes the second game of three that will be posted. Here I like Wichita State -1 against Stanford. Wichita has a great home court advantage and now they play a Pac-10 team OFF a SU and ATS Win as Double-Digit Chalk. Wichita State has won 9 straight home games and in that streak they have taken down teams such as Northern Iowa, Creighton, Illinios State, and Buffalo. They also beat Cleveland State for Bracketbusters. Furthermore, they only lost by 8 earlier in the year to Michigan State on a neutral court while also beating Siena in that same tournament. Obviously, Stanford has been playing Pac-10 games, but they are a soft 1-8 SU in their last 9 road games.

The third and final game I like is Richmond -4.5 Some will play College of Charleston because they beat Davidison twice, but I like the Spiders here. As you may recall, I posted Richmond over Xavier on here a few weeks ago. Richmond runs the Princeton-style offense, but faster. The Spiders are 7-2 in their last 9 and they are coming off a home win against a Big East team in St. John's. Charleston comes OFF a SU and ATS Road Win at Troy yet the line switches on them for their next road game and they are now an underdog.

A guy that scores 3.4 PPG is doubtful??? there is always a healthy fear on each side no matter which side you play
(that is why its called gambling), , I'm sure you are hoping that Stanford comes back to their Non-Conference Record and doesn't play like they have played on the Road lately, see what I mean, each side has risk----with that being said I already played the game so Let's GO SHOCKERS!!!!!!

This one was for tough for me to decide. Creighton is a great home team, but Kentucky has better athletes. Both teams struggled down the stretch. Tough call here. BOL to which ever team you decide.

something has to give here. Either Wichita's home win streak (some of those wins against quality teams) has to end or Stanford will continue their great Non-Conference Record although many of those games were at Maples Pavillion. I thought Wichita State improved as the year went on. Hopefully, they can come through.

First and foremost, kudos to GoForIt on the card tonight, love it. With regards to KY and Creighton, no way in hell Creighton doesn't win and cover the short number. KY was attrocious on the road this season and Creighton has some nice noncon wins. Not to mention they're calling for Billy's head in Lexington. Dana Altman is a hell of a coach and they start 3 Seniors that all want to go out swinging. JMHO

forgot to mention, 0-1 ATS and Wichita getting smoked so far, I might need Northestern to avoid disaster if Wichita can't come back

yep

u easily could be 2-0 right now-some bad beats. gl on ne

not 2-0, maybe 1-1 Stanford kicked my a$$, That one was my fault for having faith in the Missouri Valley to defend their homecourt, I take responsibility for that garbage pick------
Richmond is the one I'm mad at, that was a tough loss/bad beat
