Central Michigan had a hideous time trying to score against an awful Princeton defense.. They are having the same problem sending guys to the free throw line that they did last year.

Utah St's Gary Wilkinson, Tai Wesley, and Tyler Newbold will be the best 3 players on the court tonight.

UCSB's best two players from last year, Alex Harris and Ivan Elliott graduated. Chris Devine is a good player and will be the 4th best player on the court tonight, but I have a hard time seeing a way UCSB can win this.

Utah St. beat them last year 72-59, and absolutely crushed them on the board 40-26, and UCSB lost alot of size from last year in Harris, Elliott and Nedim Pajovic. Wilkinson is going to absolutely murder them on the glass!

Santa Clara's senior center John Bryant is a monster talent.. Probably will be drafted. They can get the ball to him and he can take over a game. Santa Clara didn't lose any important players from last year.

UAB lost two of their important interior guys in Reggie Huffman and Frank Holmes and I don't see alot of experienced size. Thought Bryant could own the paint tonight and force UAB into a mid-range/perimeter game.

Was thinking they could keep this close.

Thanks, I thought the loss of Angley at the pg and the other 3 pt shooter can't think of his name and don't feel like looking it up now would affect them a little bit apparently not

Angley was a shaky PG.. He made some plays passing and racked up assists but he also turned it over alot. He was decent shooting from perimeter, but he couldn't get to the rim for shit.

Mitch Henke is the other one you are trying to think of. He was a big 6'7 guy who could shoot great from the outside, but he had absolutely zero inside game with no real post moves and for his size he was an awful rebounder and almost useless on the defensive end.

Santa Clara are not weaker without these two.
