- odds dropping on this game like crazy but makes no sense. Simple fact is that LA have played 8 straight matches at HD center that have reached 3+ goals and their defense has given up 9 in the last 3 matches. Tonight they are shorthanded on D and facing a quality midfield (maybe MLS' best?) in Chivas USA. Without Galindo CUSA have not been very offensive but Razov is a quality striker and their midfielders can score. CUSA have been played some ugly, ultra-defensive soccer lately but 5 of the last 6 meetings have hit for 3 or more in this derby.

I like the lineup that Preki has produced...Klejstan in a center forward role.

Outcome was disappointing but a match was bound to go under.

Chivas was so close. I can't believe they could not bang home another one.

Galaxy...well, they faced a quality keeper in Guzan tonight.

Pretty entertaining game, both teams hit a post and both keepers made huge one v. one saves. Easily could have gone over.

woodwork in both halves and a bunch of chances. great save on ruiz by guzan on the 1v1 at end of match. disappointing for sure

might have a play for tomorrow...checking on a couple of things otherwise nothing until next weekend.
