MistaFlava's 2008 CFB Record: 27-26-1 ATS (-95.30 Units) 51%
Once again I am coming off a poor week of managing my money because my big plays pretty much missed. I did finish with a winning record for the week but it doesn't really mean jack seeing how I didn't make anything and was down quite a bit after the week. Time to pay the man. My NFL capping is on fire this season although I did get crushed with the Colts last night and was not too happy about it. So again the goal this week remains to finish in the money with my plays. I won with Tulsa -24 on Sunday Night and I am feeling some good money vibes heading into Halloween weekend with some big games and big plays.
The goal for the season remains to hit 65% of my plays or hit the 1000 Unit mark.
1 Unit = $100

Week 3: 2-3-1 ATS (-29.00 Units)
Week 4: 3-4 ATS (+7.00 Units)
Week 5: 5-2 ATS (-16.00 Units)
Week 6: 5-3 ATS (+27.50 Units)
Week 7: 0-1 ATS (-11.00 Units)
Week 8: ---No Plays---
Week 9: 5-4 ATS (-64.50 Units)

You can tail, you can fade or you can just watch. I have always been a streaky capper. When things are not going well I don't just sit there and watch, I take action and make myself better. Good Luck to all this week!

Buffalo Bulls +2 (5 Units)
Houston Cougars -7.5 (10 Units)
:toast:
The idea tonight is that I think Buffalo is a better team than Ohio. Despite the home advantage, the Bobcats blew their seasons last week against Temple and I just don't see why these guys would be inspired to do anything tonight. Both teams have losing records but talent wise the edge is with the Buffs who will probably lose this game by 1 in true MAC Conference fashion. Buffalo is 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games versus teams with a losing record and they have covered five straight games on the road.
The other game I think Houston has way too much fire power for Marshall. The Thundering Herd are not a horrendous team but when they get down they get down and they start making huge mistakes. They got blown out the last time we saw them on National TV and tonight should be no different. Houston has covered the spread in 4 of their last 5 games coming off a bye week and 36.8 points per road game will be just too much tonight. I think the Cougars will make a statement tonight and their 528.0 yards of offense per away game this season are just too incredible to pass up against a defense that has allowed 428.7 total yards of offense per game in their last three games.
Good Luck to all and see you on Thursday Night and some NBA tonight.
