Miss St = Venables or Pruitt?

looks like they're down to 2 finalists to replace Mullen....Clemson's Venables vs Bama's Pruitt

Venables has a kid coming in next year at LB that he could probably get to follow him to Starkville as a 3 or 4 star LB

IMO these are the two best DC's in NCAAF so can't go wrong with either

Oh Gawd RT, Venables as a head coach?!?!?! IMO, there's a certain temperament required to be a head coach in college football, NFL as well. I mean, yeah, we had Woody Hayes, lol, but that kinda shit gets ya fired in a heartbeat today. That man has or has shown little restraint for years. You think he could work for Saban? I don't think so, Dabo is much more wound up than Saban so Venables gets away with it. But you gotta hire a 270 lb body builder to keep the guy in check during games, man, I don't see it.

went with the offensive candidate in Moorhead. very odd considering he's never coached/recruited below DC but good to see a local kid (Penn Hills boy) get a HC shot

will need to hire a monster staff with southern recruiting ties or they'll be battling Ole Miss for last place in the West every year. As praised as Mullen is/was he only finished above 4th in the west ONCE in 9 seasons. You gotta have the players not just the systems
