this team has broken my heart TOO many times -- i have swore them off everything in this game points to minny -- they should be able to control the game with their rush (that has been abscent --lately) despite iowa's (imo over-rated run def). wheelright and ellering should have a day thus opening things for marroney, and barber -- BUT they HAVE TO stretch the iowa def out to succedd. however, tate and co. should have a HUGE game here as well. my play

I played this game (Minny -3) before looking at any threads, but so many people are on this game on both sides. The books have got to love that.

That's just Minnesota fans. They don't back the Twins and have to pipe rock music into that dome when the Vikings play to increase the noise. I must admit that if any of those teams ever got a decent stadium--instead of that bland Metrodome--maybe interest would pick up.

Pete - the Hawk fans and Wiscy fans are always like that at MN home games. It's because they have almost as many fans as Minny does. It sure looks like my ML GOY on Iowa has a great chance today, as the Gophs continue to lose confidence with every play.

it's that way every year -- the hawkeyes travel well -- what the F--k else is there too do in iowa city??? the hawkeyes had 20,000 fans at ann arbour!!! and the twin cities are a jump and a skip from iowa city. hell a quarter of their line-up is from minny -- and all their friends and families are rooting for the hawkeyes!

i disagree "...minnesota fans...." -- hell during the playoff runs for the twins, NOBODY wanted to come to the dome because of the noise; the vikings have been sold out for years; can't get a seat to goph buckets (even when losing), and can't get a ticket to gopher hockey, and the wild have sold out every game since their inception!!!
