before you go off on me half -cocked let me give a reasonable explanation:

last saturday i got them at 65-1, $200 to get $13,000

their offensive line is one of the best in the nation, and is very eager to prove so!!!

the rb's are beyond compare, and pretty much everyone know that

cupito is the second best kept secret in the big ten -- this kid has nfl scouts drooling at his future.

th wr's are big, fast, and talented the best in the conference (better than purdues)

TE spaeth is the best kept secret in the big ten -- remember his name -- he will be playing on sundays in a couple years -- way ahead of shockey when he was his age.

def -- the achillies heel if there is one -- much improved from last year, very fast.

kicking game extrememly solid

the best part -- the schedule -- toughest games at michigan -- the gophers can't wait to play the wolves after leading mich last yr 34-7 in the fourth and losing!!! (see def above). penn st at home will be tuff, but the gophers o line wears them down. i'm more worried about a let down vs a illinois, or a mich st.

so, it not inconceivable for them to go undefeated this year, then anything could happen in a national champ game. i do know this NO def will stop them -- not okl, nor usc. WTF, better than buying a daily 5 lottery ticket!

I don't know much about Minni. I follow southern teams more that anywhere. But if Penn ST is going to be a tough game. Well, I just have my doubts about Minni being a title contender. My Hurricanes should run the table. Tough game with VA but should win. JMO Good luck today.

Just a tad optimistic. The O IS one of the best we have EVER had, and the schedule is a good one. I fear Wisc. @ Camp Randall more than Mich. But either one is NOT the sort of tm that gives us fits. That would be Purdue w/its great passing gm. Fortunately we don`t play them. The other 2 great D but no O we can handle that. NW passing gm tonite may cause probs also. Alas I`ve been down this rd many time w/our Mn FB, 4 SB losses yuk!! But hope springs eternal and Roses would smell nice in Jan. And yes I will compare the Mn sweep led by the best center in the country leading #`s 21 & 22 w/ anyone including USC.

Those odds are worth a flyer at this point of the season. Especially when you see how bad the QB situations in East Lansing, Ann Arbor and Madison are. Those road trips look winnable.

finally, a voice of a little reason! i know it's optimistic, but at 65-1 WTF??? if the badgers and hawkeyes could run the table in this conference why can't the gophs??? and i know what you mean about the game at camp randall, but i think the gophers win that going away this year -- badgers have absolutely no off, who would've ever thought a team would miss a guy like bollinger???

you do have apoint w/ the minny thing and that can go directly back to the coach auburn has a nice squad, but their schedule flat out kills em -- they will never survive that -- really shoulodn't have survived last weekend.

i got this last saturday -- i checked today it's at 20-1. i talked to one of my clients and they said after i put the $200 down it dropped to 45-1. then after last weeks win, i guess it dropped precipitously!!!
