Purdue has been "mediocre" without Hummel against good competition, as of late. Their recent losses are all on the road, so I think it's hard to gauge how they will fare at home against a good team.
They have been good at home, even without Hummel but not against a top-quality opponent. If MSU shows up, I think they win outright.
Does anyone know when Hummel went out? They have some good conference wins (both home and road), but I think they were all with Hummel.
