For those of you who have been putting in a good word for me with the Big Man,
I just want to say, much obliged.

A CT Scan shows the mass in my chest is still srinking and all surrounding organs
are "unremarkable."

Now I didn't know what unremarkable meant in medical terms so I had to look it up.

Turns out it means "normal." Why don't they just say normal?

Anywho, keep up the good work as it appears that rumors of my impending demise were
greatly exaggerated at least for the time being.

It looks like I'll be around to see Trump get a 2nd term and another football seaon awaits.

I'm as giddy as a blind faggot at a weenie roast.

"blind faggot at a weenie roast"

Just speak to Elizabeth Warren. She'll fix you up. Heck, probably make you her Secretary of Weenies.

Great news, bud.

No lie. I stop in a downtown chapel (St Anthony's Shrine) when I have the time. Stopped in today. You were on the prayer list! Not saying there's a correlation. But not saying there isn't.

[FONT=Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]Mich, it is what it is. I could chalk it up to the treatments but according to my
Paki oncologist I didn't have enough treatments to make this much of a difference.

So I said really? What's your explanation? He said, I don't have one.

Good to hear Dave! I’ve prayed this week regarding my father’s cancer. I’ll include you as I ask the Holy Spirit to continue shrinking that mass in your chest. We’ve never met but you have family here.

My prayers go out to you and your dad, HamGlaze.

Way too many people have been lost to this horrific disease.

[FONT=Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]This may sound stupid but a positive attitude goes a long way. If in your mind you say
I'll be damned if this cancer is going to take me down you can extent your life quite
awhile. Your father will eventually die from it as will I but there's nothing to say
it has to happen soon.

My homble advise to him is keep taking the treatments for as long as he can tolerate
them. I called it quits after the 3rd treatment because it became a quality of life
issue. I didn't see a reason to continue if I was going to be misrable 24/7.

May I ask what type of cancer your father has?
