This total has moved from 61 down to 56.5 in a matter of 2 hours. WHY?

I'm taking over anyway I don't know who moved the line like this at this time of the day it would usually be smart money, but I see all the smart money going on the over. Crazy line movement

The reason why the total is moving down, is that the weather forecast calls for 20-30 mph winds this evening. Very difficult to pass and kick field goals.
