Arizona at Miami -3:

This match-up features two terrible teams but alas, it reminds me of the Arizona vs. Buffalo game from last week, in which I picked Buffalo by 21. Arizona has consistently failed to do well vs. bad teams (6-13 ats), add in the fact that Arizona is also (1-13 ats) vs. opponent off a DD Ats loss. Wannstedt is also (8-0 ats) @ home vs. less than .500 opponent, and is also (8-3 ats) as a fav off a DD loss. Watching last night's game I expect TE Randy McMichael to have a big game, and Miami to have a relatively easy time vs. a weak opponent.

Final Score: Miami 38 - Arizona 10

Philadelphia -1.5 at Pittsburgh:

Philly's weakness has been exposed vs. Cleveland 2 weeks back, they're weak against the run, Duce Staley should have a big game and so should Bettis. Hines Ward has really impressed me with his ability to keep drives alive. Forget T. Owens he'll be a non-factor, shut him down and Pittsburgh wins big. Pittsburgh tends to play extremely well vs. good offensive teams and vs. teams with a winning % above 75% (17-4 ats). Pittsburgh should win this game, but considering who they're playing it's only a small win by a less than 5 points.

Final Score: Pitts 27 - Philly 23

K.C. -3 at T.B.:

K.C. coming off two very big wins over very good teams, due for a letdown. They'll be frustrated vs. a very good Tampa defense, plus Tampa is a pretty good home dog, and even better as a dog vs. opponent off BB wins. Tampa is (14-1 ats) as a home dog in November, while K.C. is (0-5 ats) playing away off BB SU & Ats wins in November. This game is eerily similar to K.C. last year playing at Cincinatti, coming off two Blowout home wins and then playing an away game and losing. K.C. plays a little weaker vs. teams below .500, all 3 of their wins this year have come against teams with a .667 record or better. Tampa wins this game SU.

Final Score: Tampa Bay 22 - Kansas City 17

NY Jets -2.5 at Buff:

Wow, talk about line value, Buffalo blows out a weak team and are only dogs of 2.5 to 3 pts., Buffalo sucks they just played a weak opponent last week. NY Jets should win this game easily based on their defense. Abraham vs. Bledsoe should be a good matchup to watch, probably 3 sacks for Abraham. Curtis Martin and Pennington should be good enough for at least a 10 point Jets victory or more, most likely more. Game is similar to Jets vs. Miami, Miami coming off a blowout win over St. Louis and getting hammered by one of the top 3 or 5 teams in the League. Jets by Double-digits. I had to look twice when I saw Jets -2.5

Final Score: NY Jets 26 - Buffalo 9

Pittsburgh is not good enough to beat two quality teams in a row. They had an advantage last week because they had two weeks to prepare. However I'M sure the Duce will have Pitt motovated for Philly.

Washington at Detroit -3.5:

Washington should be very revved up to play this game after feeling like they should have won last week's game after that blown call. Clinton Portis, Coles, and Gardner should do enough to at least keep the Redskins in this game. If the Detroit receiver Williams is still out I like Washington even more. Detroit plays down to bad teams scoring less than 17 pts per game, plus don't do too well in the position as a favorite. Detroit is also a penalty prone team which effects them both offensively and defensively. Washington should hang around here in a very low scoring game and get the win.

Final Score: Washington 17 - Detroit 13

---Very difficult to back an Arizona team that has lost their last 17 on the road.

But even more difficult for me to back a Dolphin team that has...tossed in the towel. They may not win another game this year.

Cardinals or pass...

dont sell pittsburgh short. i flew to pgh to see that game and roethlisberger is the real deal. pgh hasnt had a qb since terry bradshall and a qb can make a big difference in a team. he is a big boy and what a steal pgh got in the draft. they have a qb for many years to come and the crowd was unreal. duce wants to prove a few things to philly and i see philly not stopping them

big time agree on Miami for pretty much the same reasons you stated. TERRIBLE sked spot for AZ having B2B cross country flights. also - AZ on the road is beyond awful!

as for Pitt/Philly - no real strong opinion but leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeean to Philly here
