MG Man's Saturday February 7

Today would've been my dad's 87th birthday. He loved to bet on games and played about 15 to 20 a Saturday for $20 a game. Never won but sure had fun when he did hit a few, especially if he hit a round robin. He loved to brag to his buddies when he gave me my first parlay card and I picked a football game, a basketball game and a hockey game and hit it. That was probably the worst thing that could've happened to me as I thought this was easy. Well, we all know, without discipline and money management, it's hard to win at this. Northern Star has preached this to me often throughout the years as he was a professional gambler and was very successful at it. So, today I say "Happy Birthday Dad" and may you shine down upon me to pick a "few" winners.

I'm 2-1 on the week, my goal is 70%. I was thinking a 5-2 week would be great. Last time out, I had a bad losesr and my lean of course won. I wish the coin I flipped had said "Post Providence +). I hope some of you got my NBA winner last night. That doesn't count toward my 70% goal. Now on to to days plays.

5* W Va -4 I don't understand this line and that's what scares me. I think it should be 7.

4* P St -4.5, Penn St has played hard all year and been in every game except Wisconsin, but the kicker here is Nebraska is terrible on the road, where they have not scored more than 59 pts in any conference game and are 0-4 with the closest margin being 11 pts.
4* Tulsa +1, wrong team is favored in this one.

Guys thanks for the well wishes about my pops. He would've told me about all of the games he should've played, like St johns, Tenn, ok st and Duke but not the losers like Butler and Mich st. I hope i can bring home Tulsa for a 2-02 day and then maybe find a diamond in the ruff tomorrow for a winning week.
