Message to fans/parents/coaches from a referee

We hate that you are too stupid to realize that war and football are not the same thing.
We hate that you are too stupid to know the rules or how the rules are applied.
We hate that you watch the NFL and think the same rules apply to high school/pop warner.
We hate that you think we care who wins the game.
We hate that you think it's ok to hit a defenseless player above the shoulders (who is attempting to catch a ball)and then when your runningback gets hit you want a targeting call (a runner is not defenseless dumbass).
We hate that you think "calls should go both ways." If your team is too stupid and undisciplined to commit penalties, it's because your players and coaches suck and are getting dominated. Not our problem your kids are too weak or slow to do anything about it.
We think it's funny that your kids don't care about the outcome of the game, but your well-being depends on a football game between children.

However, we love making calls to piss off the sideline with the psycho coach who can't control his temper and watching him lose his mind.

Haha if only you knew the stuff we had to put up with regarding coaches. And we are just trying to get high ratings so we can get the big games (playoff games, televised games, etc...) . We are instructed to officiate a certain way in order to advance our careers, so get out of here with that over officious jerks BS. Refs get rule book refreser classes, but not yearly ear,eye, brain checkups!!! All you see is gray hair on the field in todays nfl..tired of it,,,indepently wealthy guys that dont have favorite sports teams??? Who the hell doesnt have favorite sports team when involved with actual sports? I can understand if you dont know or care about sports, but ifyou take a job as a ref...more than likely you love the sport your refereeing...u take the job and tell them that you wont ever root or be bias when fav team is playing?
