As posted last night I am hereby inviting you to comply with the ruling of the Court of First Instance of the Netherland Antilles in Curacao.

Your pleading to stop its execution has been rejected with yesterday's additional ruling.

Copy of aforementioned ruling has been delivered to Ken, as to avoid further "misunderstandings" on this very issue.

I think that it is only fair that you provide proof or retract your rather direct accusations against me.

There is no better word to keep. There is a ruling to comply with. He has been harassing, defaming, flaming, insulting, attacking with the "consent" of "blind eyes". What "blind eyes" have not seen the Court has.

General, I have no problem letting this die once the previously mentioned accusations against me have either been 1) Proven to be accurate, or 2) Retracted and publicly apologized for.

Does that seem like too much to ask?

I appreciate everyone's opinion yet I am free to disagree. You are taking side with an individual that has slandered, defamed, harassed, attacked, exposed falsehoods about my private life and publicly exposed falsehoods about my loved ones. This has been determined by a Court, a real Court.

Nevertheless, go and re read his posts . You may restrict your search to November. I guess he mentioned my name over a thousand times in November alone.

Anyways, I understand it is therx's decision to allow this gentleman to avoid to comply with a Court ruling.

TTinCO : don't be amazed. This is IB's style. When he pleaded against the ruling he publicly stated he was challenging " The old dutch bs law against freedom of speech". This little sad being ( I cannot call him a man, as he has shown he has no balls to apologize like a man would do ) was in Court justing trying to prove he was not IB......
