Does anyone know anything about this company? Looking to upgrade , and I am considering giving them a call.

Stupid idea. Several of their clients went out of business leaving players unpaid, and Mercedes don't care at all.

This was the stuff that SDB designed in-house for the CALL Center, then when it became SBG, they devoloped it for the INET as well.

IMHO there is much BETTER available.....

To tell you straight up, I use three softwares right now, extensions, IQL and mercedes, they all have good and bad things about them. I suggest you try them out BEFORE committing to any of them. Call them up ask for a demo and then MAYBE you yourself can make a decision based upon your specific needs. Again, for our shop we cater to different agents and thier specific needs. Therefore different software providers. Oh yeah almost forgot we also run INET as well.

Mercedez Software is by far the worst!

I happen to think that the Software that Sportsbet.com uses is the best software out there. I know it was also used by Sportsbook.com and allstarsportsbook.com? Does anybody know who licenses that software?

I use the ASI Extensions at BetCBS, Diamond and BetWSI and at each sportbook its always a somewhat different version. Why is that?

Anyone here knowledgable about the Sportsbook Software industry, I would love to talk to you!

I heard most users of Extensions software where upgraded to their latest version right before football without doing the proper testing, that didn't work out very well, most are being taken back to an older version.

Thats not good when you're trying to start a season with your right foot. That happens with companies that try to run over competitors. It doesn't prove much.

I might not be the one to talk to about software agreeen but I might be able to advise you a bit.
