Mercedes Software

Does anyone work with Mercedes software? Can anyone give me any feedback about their application or their company. I am considering a purchase of software and they may be a vendor I might use. Any replies would be appreciated.

This SOFTWARE Co is OWNED and Operated buy the SAME THIEVES that run SBG.....

Its Sup par at best.....horrible interface for the Internet.......

INET software is HEADS above this CRAP that is called Mercedes...

If i where you I would take a look at others..

Supposedly, they were at one time, co-owned or partners with SBG global, but now they are off on their own. They have a new owner and we are still looking at their software, if you would like more info., contact me at 277-6000.

Sonny- Mercedes isnt bad but we have several issues with them...we are in the market for a new software and I've been looking at most of them....Stone Cold is right about Extension...you might also want to talk to Bruce at DGS....I saw the DGS software about a week ago...very solid...internet capabilities are very good and the best part is the price....

again, the others I've seen, I know someone who uses extensions, and personally have used others. However I have not heard anything bad about Mercedes recently, just what longisland said. No offense longisland.

We're only looking at using the call center part of it, no Internet. Is the call center
module good?

from what I hear there are two very good things about the software, the call center and the casino.

the clerk application is very good...very user friendly...but the casino is as fun as watching grass grow...the new multiplayer casino coming out soon looks promising but the one now.....oh brother!!
