Belmont Long Shots

Race 1 - #2 Drop of Bourbon (30-1) Has had disastrous starts in both races to start his career. Now gets the bug Maragh and a surface switch - should outrun his odds today.

Race 4 - #3 Simply Miss Red (8-1) Beyers were steadily increasing with every run and now runs fresh with almost a year to mature. The probable favorite doesn't like to win, so if this girl gets the lead she may not relinquish it.

Race 7 - #12 Liam's Boy (15-1) Started terribly from the rail in debut and lost all chance. Now gets a jockey upgrade, moves to the outside, and adds blinkers. No excuses today.

Race 10 - #9 Thenorthremembers (15-1) He was just starting to figure things out when this virus thing popped up. Well-bred, plenty of works, and gets a jock who does some of his best work on this turf course.
