The #5 had this from the start and the #3 found sixth gear in the last 50 yds to win by a tongue.

I currently have a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale knock off and a Porter that are carbonated and taste great.

I have a Steam beer and a light Red Ale in the fermenters now. I will bottle in a couple of weeks and they will be carbonated about 2-3 weeks after that.

I plan to make a Dark Brown Ale in the next few days.

Beer brewing is a fantastic hobby. It doesn't take a whole lot of time, and if you do it right you can make fantastic beer for a lot less than you would pay retail.

Sorry to get off topic here, but I have always wanted to brew my own. It is just tough to figure out what you need to get started with it. Maybe you could hook me up with some sites/books to set me up.
