I took a lot of time looking at this game before making these moves,

Plays:

Rutgers -4.5
Cincinnati/Rutgers Over 47.5

Cincy only has 1 defensive starter returning from last year and to me that is the true deciding factor in both the side and the total.

I'm undecided on the total for this game, so I think I'm going to pass although I was leaning towards the over.

I'm also going to pass on the 1st half, but might play the 2nd half depending on what the situation is.

I don't like it when the game spread and the 1st half spread seem to close. At -3.5 for 1st half and -5.5 for the game, that 2 point difference is not looking right to me. I would prefer to see it at -2.5 or -3. I'm just going to stay away and hope you are right about the "lock":hidding:

I know, I hate seeing a lock on my play. Like talking about a no-hitter or a shutout on hockey. !~~~!
