ABC News has learned that in mid-July, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, will travel to Iraq, Afghanistan, the UK, France and Germany.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee visited Iraq once before, in 2006. He will be visiting Iraq and Afghanistan along with a congressional delegation.

He will follow the trip to those two war-torn countries with a separate European sojourn.

You have to know me better than that Doc. If I declare someone the loser based on rules violations we can get the whole thing peer-reviewed by a professional Rx mod of the affected person's choice. If the mod disagrees with my decision, we reset the violations to what the mod says it should be and continue the debate.

You guys should state your choice of Rx mod at the beginning, though. Hopefully they will oblige, but I think it will be a positive EV proposition for the Rx so I can't see why not.
