McCain is a HUGE boxing fan. I heard him on a talk show (radio) once talking about cleaning up the sport!! (What a joke)

Why is McCain involved in anything sports-related? Seems like his name pops up whenever steroids or sports wagering is the issue, does this guy do much else? Maybe he should be look to being some sort of sports commissioner instead of a Senator.

Basically McCain's stance on sports gambling (AS I Have understood it) was that there should not be legal wagering on College sports---He never mentions Pro Sports at ALL).
I can see his point on college kids and can also see the point made by Vegas that they act as a "watchdog" for a possible "fix".

People say these kids are getting paid for educations becasue of their playing sports. But they should be given some sort of spending money by their universitys which make HUGE bucks! But of course, they won't even look at that angle. It's ALL about the $$$$$$$$$ dumb asses!
