I will be curious to see what KC gave up. I'm assuming they will still have the #3 pick, cause frankly New England wouldn't want a pick that high in the draft anyways. I wouldn't be surprised if it was this years 2nd and next years 1st. If there isn't a 1st rounder involed somewhere than many other teams should be shot for not trying to trade for him.
By the way on the NFL network they just said it isn't official yet. They are saying Cassel will be traded but that there is now another team involved that he might go to insted. Tampa has 61 million and have been rumored to possibly be involved for Cassel.

If that turns out to be true that all it took was a 2nd round pick to get Cassel than the fans of many NFL teams should be disappinted with their franchise. As a Tampa Bay fan I can say I would have gladly given the #19 pick for Cassel. I'm not a big fan of given up early round draft picks but if you need a QB than you got to make that move. Cassel may or may not turn out to be a stud, but ask yourself this. If he was in this draft would he not go ahead of both highly rated Qb's. If all you had to do was give up 1 pick, not multiple picks than it is worth it IMO.

Your front office might be bad but they don't touch that of Oakland and Detroit. And my TB Bucs new management might be up there shortly unless they do something soon. In the last month we have overpaid Luke McCown, we cut Brooks, another LB and 2 WR's. and traded a 2nd and 5th rounder to Clevland for Winslow.
