I thank Manny for his help to bring titles to Boston and I like the guy but he no longer was willing to play there.

They did an excellent job of getting the best deal they could for him which has at least landed them a very good replacement.

Best of luck to Manny, but it was a good riddance situation. Whatever he does in LA was not going to happen in Boston. He wasnt even pretending to care and its not the first time.

cant disagree with the last statement, americas team in baseball changes pretty often though... much more then any other sport

Truth is, the Yanks are in complete disarray from a management standpoint when compared to the RAYS and BOSOX.

The RAYS and BOSOX are both so much younger.........look at the top three starting pitchers for the Red Sox and Rays..........that's a lot of mustard coming the Yanks way.
