The first guy we should blame is the commander in chief and his party, this is just called accountability. Even lower income people think you know. Just because they are poorer doesn't mean they are dumber. Everyone plans their mortgage and monthly payment. They can't predict the loss of a job, or a loss of 75% on their property values because of bad economic decisions. I am also sure that a lot of richer people foreclose on some of their properties because it is no longer worth it to pay the mortgage and they pretty much abandon the property out of value and not necessity.
