I agree, never heard of a casino giving money back to people because of a glitch, only taking away

I like to gamble, but why would anyone play unregulated, offshore online casino's? At least with the sportsbooks, you have some ability to research history and service and you can watch the outcome of the game. Playing slots or table games online is completely up to the whims of the casino in terms of payback tables or how the cards/dice roll. If you do have an issue, what are you going to do besides beg the casino, complain online and eventually write it off as a loss.

Hmm... they use PlayTech software, which is a respected provider, been around for > 20 years. I'm interested to see how this plays out.

Lots of the largest game makers in the world here in Vegas, but payback is regulated, and monitored, by the local commission. Who regulates and monitors for online gambling? The software functionality isn't the issue.
