Personally, I can't agree with that system... 58,000 is still 58,000 i don't care how much someone earns. Qho is getting punish and Who is getting rewarded here.. wouldn't it make cops just want to go after nice cars or something...

This story pops up every year or so. A couple years ago it was a 6 figure ticket.

They would probably charge me $5 for the ticket but I'd bribe the cop with about $7 so my premiums don't go up
