They saved his ass...he was inciting a riot.

They can, and should arrest him for that.

Nuff said.

You need some common sense.

If that guy walks into that crowd...with that T-shirt on...guess who has to try to save his ass then?

It was a reasonable request in extraordinary circumstances.

They did the right thing...and I highly doubt he received any actual charges.

People need some common sense rather than always trying to prove some god damn point.

The constitution isn't a suicide pact.

Oh FVCK MR mj... YOU MUST BE A PIG TOO!!!! LMAO!!!

Honestly i am shocked that for once you have actually said something intelligent!:monsters-

thats why i am guessing you must be a pig. It makes so much sense to arrest that bastard and half the morons complaining about that shit dont even realize that its possible his life was saved and police didnt have a gruesome murder on their hands.

They dont even begin to understand the extreme danger he was in or how dangerous mobs of any kind (even nice old church ladies) can be once anything however remote sets them off!!!

You first intelligent post man!!! congratulations bro!:103631605 (and i am not being sarcastic

This guy was not trying to start a riot. All he did was wear the t-shirt of his choice to a public location. Yes, it's true that some idiots could have attacked him...but this guy certainly didn't do anything wrong.

heh...This dumbass was no different than the "Don't Taze Me Bro" kid down here in Florida last year who went into a situation knowing full well he would be asked to leave the scene.

And when it happened and he didn't peaceably comply, he was arrested.

The narrator over the cam is an idiot who is wasting his life playing faux reporter.

I agree with everything written in the above post, including full confidence that the guy received no charges.

Rather, he was released upon arrival at the police station (or maybe several blocks away with a warning not to retun) and within less than an hour he was sitting around an apartment with the camera guy, the narrator and a few other friends - smoking a doobie, drinking some beers and doing the back patting circle jerk about what a police state they live in.

LOL. Since when did free political speech become a suicide pact? Since when did Americans have to fear for their safety because they were wearing an inocuous t-shirt? (A McCain t-shirt is hardly comparable to anything like one with a KKK or swastika emblem.)

Granted, this incident is very minor. But it will be very interesting over the next four years to see how well these Obama fanatics take to the vicious criticism that is sure to be leveled at him. If I were Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, Hugh Hewitt, etc. etc., I'd be more than a little uneasy.

Its a fucking celebration for POTUS. This guy is starting a riot by wearing a McCain shirt? Fuck that. That is what we have the freedom to assemble for in the bill of rights? Personally i think this guy had balls standing up for what he believes even knowing he is surrounded by a bunch of pussy whipped libs. Maybe the rest of you Republicans could take a note, and show some fucking balls. "Oh no, i only wait to hear instructions from Rush and Co before i make a move". Fucking sheep.
