Anyone here buy products in bulk wholesale, for example shoes purses and stuff and then sale them on eBay or Facebook to make a few extra dollars? Seems if you could find stuff that's in style especially for women, it could turn a lil profit

I use to do this but its not worth the time anymore unless you have access to stuff that is almost free. Margins are too small and you will find wholesalers stuff all over ebay. Loomis is right, about 10 years ago is when it was profitable. ebay & pp fees make it tuff to turn any profit. IF you can get items sold, were are talking very small amounts of money made. Pennies to every $10 sold.

Lol, ppl still do buy stuff in 2015

And they buy it on ebay or amazon.....no way you can compete with that anymore unless you are buying 1000' or 10,000's of units. Mr M breaks it down well above.

That was great back in the day as well im sure. at least 100 websites out there now with the same price they were being sold for here a few years ago.

Would have to be a very niche market.

I know a guy who drove to Texas with a truck and trailer and bought Texas holey rock for .24 a pound and went to aquarium stores and shows up my way and sold it for 3-5 bucks a pound....sold a bit on craigslist as well locally. Think he made about 7000 in a month or so but it wasnt easy

Me and my friend were hittin up the local movie theatre near trash day and grabbing all the tubed posters and promo cutouts from recent movies they were chucking. Like these guys above me said, after all the fees and bullshit i had to go through, it wasnt even worth the time and effort! That extra $150-200 bucks a month can suck my dick

Gator

I've read about quite a few people that buy apple stuff on clearance, open box, etc on sites like Best Buy (or in store but I know they sell similar online). Then resell it on ebay or craigslist. People love used Apple stuff.

If you have a cash back earning credit card, can get 5% off through said portal, even better. Not worth my time, but think it could be fairly profitable.
