According to the Pacers press, he had stated that his knees is really hurting him. He did not play much last night during the second half of the Sixers game. He was not effective at all; he had like 4 pts for the half. If he does decide to play; b2b will have some ill effect on his performance. At least that's what I am banking on.
Yes, I was just reading that he and the Pacers will consider the possibility of him taking some time off to get back to 100%. With that being said he did play 35 minutes yesterday, so would not be surprised to see him in the game tonight. Though, as dean blue mentioned, he should be limited, due to his injury, even if he plays..
Granger iffy for Friday due to sore knee

Danny Granger said after Thursday's game he was unsure if he would be able to play on Friday at Orlando due to the on going issues with his knee.
"It’s hard to tell when I’m limping on it so much, and tonight it’s just so sore and we’ll have to see tomorrow because last time we had a double header I wasn’t able to go," he said. Back-to-backs have become an issue for Granger and we'll try to find out if he's in or out prior to game time. He also admitted he may be forced to take some games off because of the knee and this could become a real issue once the Pacers are eliminated from the playoffs.
