Here I am fading Davidson (8-6 SU, 6-7 ATS) again. It was the right call two weeks ago when Northeastern beat them 73-70 as 9.5-point road dogs on the closing line; it’s the right play this Wednesday against Loyola-Chicago (6-7 SU, 3-10 ATS), who are on their maiden voyage in the Atlantic 10 after making the move from the Missouri Valley Conference.
The Ramblers are off to a rough start at No. 164 on the Pomeroy charts, but they’re not very far behind Davidson, who have slipped from No. 122 to No. 137 since we last checked in. And these two slow teams should produce a low score that will make it harder for Davidson to cover.
