LOUV/UAB...Something "Fishy"

LOUV is only -6 vs UAB?!??!?!???!?!!?

WHY---WHY---WHY????

Looking for a let down after so many Huge Spread Victories & The Big Win over Cinci??? I See LOUV Winning by atleast 12-18 points even on the road!

Thoughts?????????????????

with a home court value of 4 points for UAB and 5 for Louie, Louie would be a 10 point favorite on a neutral floor and - 15 at Louie. Would you think those lines were "cheap" too? Ask yourself that question to find out if you value the teams differently than the linesmaker or whether you just aren't putting enough value in the home court. UAB won't shy away from this matchup. They'll welcome the pace and they shoot very well at home. After some big Ws at home, it would be no surprise for Louie to have a battle on the road. I don't find anything special about Louie's situational spot to think they ought to be the play here. Talent and matchups alone aren't nearly enough to buy road chalk IMO...but then I hardly ever lay points on the road so maybe this just isn't my kind of play. For me it's the home dog or nothing.

Just some numbers to throw out: Louisville had covered 7 straight until it laid 9.5 to CIN at home and won 77-70. UAB is a good squad. I think Louisville can cover, but this game is not far enough from fair value for me to play.

UAB at home is the reason. Also this is game that Louisville might have to come back to win.

Also I follow the U of L very closely, you need to know that Patino coaches his players with a little NBA style, he Does not care if they do not get up for every game, as long as they know how to rebound off of a loss. He will probably lose the first or second game in the CUSA tournament

UAB, though a good squad, is certainly not the caliber of CINCY.

LOUV had somewhat of an offnight againts the BEARCATS...

I look for LOUV to cover.
