In the history of the offshore industry, has there ever been a win/win sale of a book? Maybe some of you diehards can tell some stories? Also, when buying a book, how should a deal be structured?

A deal can be structured a lot fo ways, form purchase of active players only, domain, assets, assume some liability if you had a bad run, but th end fo the day everyone is unique.
