Insidecostarica sucks. I wouldn't use them as "news" sources. I suggest sticking to Tico Times, it is the most reputable source out there for CR news.
They probably translate the article literally from another source. For instance, "Violacíon" means rape in Spanish. "Molestando" means bothering in Spanish. So I don't know what they were trying to translate, but they probably hired a UCR student in their second year of English to write an article. Not wise if you want to be considered a viable source of information on Costa Rica in my opinion.
