Lock of the Century?

I should preface by saying I know the "lock" jinx. Also, Im not betting this, but Im really looking to hear everyones thoughts. I have some friends that play pretty big moneylines (-400 and up )on key games where the favorite should easily win. I.E. saints couple weeks back over the niners, Chiefts over Denver.

What Im shocked with is why the Steelers line is so low at -280? At home, undefeated and playing Alex Smith and the Skins? I cant think of any scenario where the Redskins show something we havent seen and upset the Steelers.

People may be fading Pitt expecting them to lose at some point
Likely a Pitt DD win or a SU loss
Alex smith does make Washington a different team and their defense is solid
Seattle just got beat by the GIants with McCoy
NFl is situational
I like to look for 3 point of smaller favoritesand dogs that have a good shot
When I take favorites I suck
Just like with the Chiefs
More than 3 point favorites for me are rare Not my strength
I feel like which ever way I bet this it is gonna lose because in some way both sides make sense
1 thing I am 99% sure of....they won't cover this and against Buffalo

bengals (burrow knocked out) , cowboys twice (dalton knocked out once) and eagles (first game of the year).....those are washingtons wins
lost to every team that has a good defensive line.
bud dupree being gone is huge for the steelers in the long run but i dont think it will hurt them today. the steelers secondary can stop the recievers of washington, the steelers should be able to bring extra pressure against smith. maybe cover, but win i really cant see it

i agree at 10 maybe but it seems at least from speaking to others and on this forum that the public would is on the different side today. i didnt see many on the giants yesterday, lot of people i spoke with teased seattle. today there seems to a lot of washington. maybe breaking the trend yesterday but i have a hard time seeing them keeping it close
