Don’t be surprised to see the Tigers take the Gators to the limit and get the cover today. While its true and well-documented that LSU struggles on the road (1-6 on the road in SEC play), the Tigers have developed a knack for raising their games against elite competition (both Kentucky games and Memphis). And while it’s been a long season of development for Jarrell Martin and other freshmen, the Tigers may have finally found something with Jordan Mickey improving his passing underneath and Martin always growing as a scorer. Martin scored 20 points in two of his last three outings.

UF 79-75.

LSU needs a coach. Jones is one of the many horrible SEC coaches.
This game will not be close.

Good to see you "back in the saddle" PETE.....Nice write-up....and perspective. The Gators are a very good, well-coached basketball team. Now that they have proven that they are the best in the SEC, they have other things (NCAA Tournament) in mind.....This is dangerous transition time for 19 & 20 year-olds to make.....many of the top-seeds bite the dust (one loss & out) early. Only a savvy coach recognizes this and adjust to survive.

Florida has two regular season games left after today (at USC and home against Kentucky). There will be a lot of hype for an unusual meaningless game other than the Wildcats saving face.....Florida better stay focused beginning today against LSU. FWIW, I like your selection ...the Tigers plus the points.

Martin does seem to be playing with more confidence. Florida is very good though. I am wary but will prolly take the points

Thanks for the LSU. Rough start for the Tigers though, line seems awefully high and fishy for a decent LSU team. Looks like the books knew what they were doing as the Gators are on fire and look to roll easy here. Good luck, hope LSU makes a comeback.

Go Tigers Go! Told you this game would not be close. The SEC is a disgrace outside of Florida. KY is okay.
