The #1 wacked him out of the gate knocking him back to last. When he began to move going into the first turn the #4 came out and whacked him again, slowing his action again and knocking him wide into the turn. Not knowing this track particularly well I began to wonder if there was some shenanigans going on. But he finally got righted, passed them all, took the lead coming into the stretch and drew away. Thank you horsey!
