i agree. . .barkley is capable of providing good commentary, but hes talking about what tiger woods did today rather than talking about the shooters like he should be.

I know it isn't really a show, but the TNT studio-show is one of the funniest shows on TV. Some of the highlights include:
1) Couple years ago, Robert Pack missed a game because of abdominal cramps. I think Pack was playing for the Nuggets. They were talking about how lots of the NBA players were wimps, and Barkley took out the injury list. He was going down the list, reading off the players, and then he got to Pack.
"Huh, abdominal cramps? What's that? Is that a female problem or something?"
It took Kenny and Ernie about 10 seconds to stop laughing.
2) The long-running jokes about Barkley gaining and losing weight.
3) When Barkley had to kiss a donkey. During Yao's rookie year, Barkley bet Kenny that Yao wouldn't score 20 points in a game (I think that was the bet). Anyway, Barkley lost, so they got a donkey.
HOWEVER, sometimes they goof-off too much. This weekend was pretty bad. Barkley was constantly running his mouth, talking about anything EXCEPT basketball. After Beyonce (one of the most over-rated entertainers in the world) performed during halftime, he wouldn't shut up about Beyonce. He was like a teenager who just saw boobies for the first time.
But he did have the funniest (and most controversial) comment of the day. "You know, lots of gay people are getting married, and that doesn't bother me. I think you should be able to marry anybody you want. But after watching Beyonce, how could you be gay?"

How many years has Barkley been on TNT now??? Charles is the best thing to happen to TNT's NBA coverage.
Did you know TNT's postgame is the only sports show who's ratings only increase after the games' over??? ESPN/FOX/ or MNF don't even sniff that kind of viewership..
Trust me...Ernie and Kenny aren't the reasons why either.

You know,,, you guys are right,,, adn to be honest,,, he does push the envelope,, I dont care what anyone says,,, I TOTALLY appreciate his candidness,, NOONE goes where he does,,,,
I think his ghetto ways (and the fact hes black) gives him more room to criticise minorities,,,, and personally I think its great,,, pointing out unique perspectives about anyone,,,

it was the commentary on saturday during the shootout and dunk contest that was so bad.
the studio show that those guys put together gets an A, I like it very much also.
