NATE EVANS @ FIRST FIDELITY is the best out there,lol, for me anyhow and I expect nothing but negative bashes bout this. Well speak for yourself cause this guy goes all out for me at First Fidelity, a true #1 guy. Great job NATE. To all bashers of Mr. Evans :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: !!! I sent at least 20 people to First Fidelity and NEVER asked for any referral and I speak nothing but great things of FF. They have a new website that looks great IMO. www.youwager.com

But Shayla @ BetJam, is the smartest, most "get things done" person I`ve ever run into, very polite also. Pair her w/her boss Scotty and that book is hard to beat. Have to compliment Chris & Jake for appearing on this site to answer all questions. JAKE change the f**king rule re. spcls. applying to the RO.

The fact that I have never had an issue with any of the books I play at means I have never had to deal with a customer service rep...

I deposit , sometimes I withdrawl .. No issues.

The girl from First Foidelity is definately the worst. Christy, I believe her name is. I have ran out of ways telling her I don't want to reup there and she still keeps calling. Everytime she goes into this great Bonus thing. And I keep telling her, their is more to a great shop then a bonus. Thats where your Shop comes up short, because your Book doesn't offer me much. Kinda bland if you know what I mean. Keep the questions coming Dante lol

Red Eye, the ?? was for the best not worst,lol. EVERY shop has a terrible customer service person who calls and wants reloads,lol. JUST be a winner and they won't call you. FF girls don't get paid much, they rely on upgrades for a % to their salary. From what I see most books cold call,lol. I've been called by many. But to each his own, FF stands up there IMO.

I actually did win their. Took out two godd size withdrawls, ran out of money and that was it. Didn't like the shop and not sure why they would want my money
