25k for an suv down here is not far fetched. Most people pay over 30k for a new tiny suv....and you seem them everywhere.

No third seat in the middle-rear sucks. But it looks like the fold-down rear-rear seats may be full-size?? That almost makes up for it, I hate the child-size rear-rear seats (and I have no luggage space if I use them). I'd like to find an SUV that fits 7 adults comfortably and still has room for luggage.

Fortuner's are pretty nice mid-sized, but the third row folding seats are pretty stiff.
