Latest SIA comment on Sportsbook Review

Apparently SIA wanted credit card info from customer doing a Neteller withdrawl. I assume this customer isn't set up with a checking account debit-credit system with Neteller. I also assume that SIA could receive a chargeback from Neteller. I'll state what I have stated before, I want to see a specific Neteller problem with SIA when the customer is
dealing with Neteller on a cash basis.

Everyone knows how hairy the credit card situation is right now and SIA doesn't want to get burned. I'm no SIA cheerleader and I know their CS stinks and is slow. I will be the first to post here if they don't process a neteller withdrawl of mine within 48-72 hours. Until that time I will support them.

Same here Jack. Never has taken more than 48 hours for me to receive a neteller withdrawal from them.

I was paid 5K within hours from here yesterday. Never had a complaint about SIA myself.

I have had 2 Neteller and 2 mail payments in the last 9 months or so. Neteller has both times been within 24hrs; the check came 4 business days later both times.

They aren't as quick as the top-tier books but I've never had a slow pay with em.

I received an email last week that stated:

Apparently SIA does not allow Neteller withdrawals now:

Is it me or does this make absolutely no sense? "You can withdraw by this method if it was your last deposit method, but we no longer have a withdraw option for Neteller"...WTF???

No that doesn't make alot of sense, but I do know they accept neteller if that was how your account was funded, as I withdrew yesterday.

I originally funed my account thru firepay. In order to get a withdrawl through neteller I had to deposit a small amount with SIA through neteller. Once that was done There was a neteller box on the withdrawl page. I made the withdrawl to neteller and the $ was there in a a day and a half. They don't explain thing very well.

Sports911 have posted some odd-looking e-mails between sia staff. Don't know what they're upto up there but it looks fishy.

Here's where the confusion came in:

On the withdrawl screen, it says the following:

NETELLER username: xxxxxxxxxx

That's where I got confused because it says "directly to your bank account". Obviously the customer service people didn't help. The only problem is that it has my email address listed as my neteller account number (obviously not correct). It's going to take another few emails to CS to get this figured out, I'm sure...
